These Terms and Conditions govern the use of taxi services provided by Shirdi Local Taxi. By booking a ride with us, you agree to comply with the terms stated below. Please read them carefully before confirming any booking.
General Terms
Shirdi Local Taxi provides local, outstation, airport transfer, and temple darshan taxi services in and around Shirdi. All bookings made through phone, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel are considered confirmed only after mutual agreement on trip details.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
Booking Policy
Customers must provide accurate pickup location, drop location, date, and time at the time of booking.
Booking confirmation will be shared via call or message.
For long-distance and outstation trips, advance booking is recommended.
Same-day bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
Payment Terms
Customers may be required to pay a partial advance to confirm outstation or long-route bookings.
The remaining balance must be paid at the start or end of the trip as mutually agreed.
Payments can be made via cash, UPI, or bank transfer.
Extra charges like toll tax, parking, state permit, and driver allowance (if applicable) will be paid by the customer.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be informed as early as possible.
If a booking is cancelled at the last minute after driver allocation, a cancellation charge may apply.
Advance payments (if any) may be non-refundable for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
Waiting Charges
For local pickups, a reasonable waiting time will be provided.
Additional waiting time beyond the agreed pickup time may be chargeable.
Airport pickups include standard waiting time; delays beyond that may incur extra charges.
Trip Duration & Usage
The vehicle will be used only for the route and duration agreed during booking.
Any change in route, additional stops, or extension of trip duration may result in extra charges.
For outstation trips, night halt charges may apply if the journey extends beyond the same day.
Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must behave respectfully with the driver.
Smoking, alcohol consumption, or carrying illegal items inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger will be chargeable.
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings during the journey.
